Town of Jackson

Jackson Hole is a valley defined by mountains. The valley is 48 miles long and 8 to 15 miles wide. The elevation at the northern end of the valley is 6,779 feet above sea level; in the south it slopes to 6,069 feet. The Town of Jackson is identified by its easily recognizable elk antler archers. Real estate in Town is a mix of single family homes, duplexes and triplexes many with views of the Tetons, Elk Refuge, and Snow King. In town properties are close to dining, galleries, hiking and biking trails, St. John’s hospital and Grand Teton National Park.

South of Jackson

South of Jackson tends to have less traffic than the rest of the valley plus warmer weather. Subdivisions such as Rafter J, Cottonwood Park, Melody Ranch, South Park Ranches, 3 Creek Ranch and Polo Ranches are all near bike paths, parks and schools. These neighborhoods offer a variety of amenities, home sizes, lot sizes, and prices. They all offer an easy commute to anywhere in the valley, close proximity to schools as well as the warmest weather in the valley.

West of Jackson / Wilson

Wilson is located 12 miles west of the Town of Jackson and offers a small town setting atmosphere. There is easy access to backcountry skiing and mountain biking on Teton Pass, as well as views of Sleeping Indian Mountain. Subdivisions such as John Dodge, Tucker Ranch and Wilderness Ranches afford homeowners private access to the Snake. The West Bank has convenient access to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.

Homeowners who want backcountry access in a small town setting with amenities and close proximity to world class skiing.

North of Jackson

Property north of Jackson have spectacular views of the Tetons and the convenience of being close to the Jackson Hole Airport and Grand Teton National Park. Properties in subdivisions such as Solitude offer private access to the Snake River. This area is 25 minutes to Teton Village and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, 15 minutes to Town Square and boasts the best views in the valley with open space and abundant wildlife.

South of Wilson

Properties South of Wilson tend to be larger parcels that are scenic with a secluded feeling, South of Wilson is accessed via Fall Creek Road and is a scenic 2-lane road through some of Jackson’s higher-end neighborhoods including Highland Park Estates, Crescent H Ranch, Teal Trace, Pine Meadow, Rivermeadows, and Indian Paintbrush. Many of the homes have elevated views of the Snake River, the Tetons and Sleeping Indian.

Hoback Junction

 located 13 miles South of Jackson, primarily has single family home ownership opportunities. Many neighborhoods border the National Forest and some have access to the Snake and Hoback Rivers. This is one of the more affordable areas of the valley and is just 19 minutes from Town Square.

Kelly

Kelly is an unincorporated community area located north of town, Kelly sits at the foot of the Gros Ventre range. It’s a quiet community with some of the valley’s best Teton views, and abundant wildlife including bison, elk, and moose. Kelly has it’s an elementary school from kindergarten through 5 th grade. The community is completely surrounded by National Park and National Forest, and is close to Slide Lake.

Homeowners who want to get away from the crowds with close access to National Park and National Forest, National Parks and outdoor recreation.

3 Creek Ranch

3 Creek Ranch is located South of Jackson, just 10 minutes from Town Square. It is a 710-acre private golf and fly-fishing community. The golf course, designed by Rees-Jones, winds through a former cattle ranch. There are 165 parcels in 3 Creek Ranch ranging from 3,000 sq/ft cabins designed by CLB Architects to secluded 35-acre ranch estates.

Teton Pines

Teton Pines is located on the West Bank, on the Moose-Wilson Road between the town of Wilson and Teton Village. Teton Village, Grand Teton National Park and the Town of Jackson are only minutes away.

Golf and Tennis

Owned by Vail Resorts, Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis is located 3 minutes from the airport and 10 miles from downtown. This neighborhood was originally developed in the 1960s by Paul McCollister, the visionary behind Teton Village. The course was designed by Robert Trent Jones, and is consistently ranked as one of the best in Wyoming. The new clubhouse complex is LEED certified and 100% powered by wind energy. This area offers Teton and Sleeping Indian views.

The Aspens / JH Racquet Club

Real Estate in the Aspens, adjacent to Teton Pines Golf Course, is minutes from the Town of Jackson and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. There is a combination of single-family homes, townhomes and condos, all within a short-term rental district, which allows owners to rent their properties via VRBO (Vacation Rentals by Owner), AirBnB and other rental services.
